Kansas City’s Premier Custom Homes Take Center Stage During the 2026 Artisan Home Tour

The Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City (KCHBA) is proud to announce that the 2026 Artisan Home Tour will take place over three weekends in August: Aug. 7–9, Aug. 14–16, and Aug. 21–23. Presented by Ferguson Home, the highly anticipated tour will showcase 22 distinctive luxury homes crafted by some of the Kansas City area’s premier custom home builders.

Tour homes will be open Fridays through Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., offering visitors the opportunity to explore exceptional craftsmanship, innovative design, and the latest trends in luxury living. The featured homes will be located throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area, providing a diverse look at high-end residential architecture across the region.

Tickets will be available in spring 2026 at Artisan Home Tour KC. Visitors may purchase:

  • Single-home tickets: $10
  • All-access pass: Early-bird price of $30 to tour all 22 homes (one visit per home) during the three-weekend event.
  • Once the tour begins, the all-access ticket price will increase to $40.
