Homes by Chris has been a respected designer and builder in the Kansas City Northland for more than 20 years. Founded by Chris and Roy Ragland, the husband-and-wife team has built over 300 custom homes, earning a reputation for thoughtful design, quality construction and personalized service. Their partnership began where they met: at the University of Missouri-Columbia and evolved into a shared vision for creating homes that reflect both lifestyle and lasting value. Chris later earned her MBA from Rockhurst University and spent two decades in corporate project management, while Roy built a successful career in real estate before the two joined forces to launch their building company in 2003.
